Over the years, I’ve had the honor of photographing countless women and hearing their stories. Most don’t begin with glowing announcements or picture-perfect moments. They often begin with loss. With waiting. With uncertainty.
And yet, somewhere along that journey, joy appears. Hope grows. A heartbeat is heard. And in that moment, everything changes.
Becoming MOM was born from these stories. I created this project so that other women could hear these truths and identify with them—to know that even if the road is difficult now, joy can follow. This is a space to celebrate that transformation and to honor the emotional, raw, and beautiful paths that bring women to motherhood. You can learn more about the full experience here. This is not your average maternity session. Becoming MOM is a curated portrait experience for women who want to celebrate this season in a bold, beautiful, and deeply meaningful way. It was created for the mothers who feel everything, for those whose stories have shape-shifted them in ways the world can’t always see.
I’m inviting 20 expecting mothers due between August and November to participate in this limited project. Each session includes professional makeup, full wardrobe styling, guided posing, and a personalized image collection—but more importantly, it centers around you and your story.
Whether you’ve navigated infertility, experienced loss or embraced a rainbow baby, carried solo, waited years, or simply want to mark a chapter that has changed you forever, this experience is for you.
You will also have the opportunity to share your story in a short on-camera interview and receive a custom behind-the-scenes reel to commemorate your session.
Every detail of this experience is designed to celebrate who you are in this season—soft, strong, and everything in between.

Each one speaks to a part of the motherhood journey I see reflected over and over again in the women who step in front of my lens. These aren't just words; they're themes.
